 Vicki,  is our new Executive Director, a former criminal law Attorney, turned social justice advocate, she is known for her visionary abilities as a non-profit strategist and leader Having served in several NGOs in Manitoba and Guelph, Ontario, she brings a wealth of experience in the non-profit and corporate sector. A TEDx speaker, and an Ambassador for the United Way.
 

In 2014, she was a nominee for the prestigious Woman of Distinction Award, and in 2015 she was declared a “Change Maker, one of Canada’s 40 women who are making Canada a better place by Canadian Living Magazine.
 

A difference maker award from the Guelph Chamber of Commerce in 2021 for community impact and leadership.
 

In 2023 she was the recipient of a community service award in Guelph for her service and dedication to combatting hunger and poverty.
 

When Vicki isn’t speaking and educating others about Diversity, she is on the front lines helping families in need and leading the charge against human trafficking as a modern-day abolitionist.
She continues to advocate for those who face poverty and homelessness, her goal is to make as much of a difference as she can and elevate others, she has been making a sustainable difference supporting Canadians over the last 20 years.

An endurance athlete with 12 marathons and 3 Ironman® triathlons under her belt, Annie lives what she preaches.

A prior 25+ year career as a brand consultant working with executives of Fortune 500 companies gave her a solid background to serve the wellness needs of those living busy lives.

She is a regular speaker to the media, corporations, and lifestyle organizations on various topics of health.

Katarina is the Founder & Executive Director of Rising Angels Awareness & Restorative Care;

she is also a survivor of sexual & physical abuse, drug addiction, forcible confinement, and 15 years of commercial sexual exploitation. Ms. MacLeod has been sharing her story and intimate knowledge of commercial sexual exploitation in Canada since 2010. She educates to bring awareness, trains others in survivor care and has assisted various NGOs and police services both as a valuable resource and in providing front line assistance. She works with all types of girls and women who are at risk for trafficking or prostitution, or are attempting to leave their exploitative situation. Since the striking down of key prostitution laws in Canada, Katarina has been a strong voice in the media and to government against the legalization of prostitution, and continues to advocate for the protection of exploited women. Katarina has a diploma in Addictions and Community Service, a certificate in Sexual Violence, and a Level 1 certificate in Trauma Counselling for Front Line Workers. She is a mother to 4 children and living proof of a life restored. She believes strongly that there is beauty to be brought out of the ashes of her past life.

Rania is also an aspiring transformational speaker. She is eager to address and educate about Narcissistic behaviours in today’s societywithout any fear or apology. Her work is a catalyst for transforming women’s lives, empowering them to rise above their challenges, and becoming free from debilitating beliefs. Ultimately, inspiring to take action towards living the fulfilling joyful life that every individual deserves.

Helen's journey took an unexpected turn in 2009, sparking a midlife awakening that transformed the course of her life. While she enjoys continued success in the insurance industry, her newfound passions led her to explore and redefine our approach to midlife.

In 2023, Helen co-founded "Once Upon A Woman: Tales of Intergenerational Wisdom," a live storytelling event showcasing women storytellers spanning ages from their 20's to their 70s. This event is designed to unite women of all ages, providing a platform to share their invaluable wisdom and knowledge.

An award-winning public speaker, enthusiastic global traveler, and pro-aging midlife maven, Helen actively encourages women of all ages to challenge societal notions about aging. Her aim is to inspire a forward-looking perspective on midlife, unburdened by social stereotypes.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Helen finds joy in photography, Crossfit, and has recently discovered a newfound love for roller skating!

Lorna finds inspiration in the cherished memories of her Jamaican upbringing, a time when family ties, delightful meals, and a strong sense of formality shaped her fundamental values.  

Drawing from these nostalgic experiences, she has developed a service philosophy that radiates warmth and community, placing importance on the dwindling art of etiquette and embracing the timeless charm of elegant presentation. 

Formally educated in etiquette, Lorna uncovered a profound link between manners and the image projected in social and professional spheres. This realization fueled her desire for further education, leading her to earn certifications as a skilled Image Consultant and Etiquette Consultant. With this dual expertise, she uniquely bridges the divide between refined manners and a polished appearance.

Due to personal losses, Lesley was called to study grief, trauma, death, dying and bereavement. In 2020, she became an End of LifeDoula and founded Last Wishes Consulting. She has the honour of serving individuals and their families, as well as past work experience as a Licensed Funeral Preplanner. She volunteers with Evergreen Hospice in Markham, as well as with the Bereavement Ontario Network.
